Preparation usually takes 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to the United States generally takes 5–8 business days, with some destinations taking up to 14. European and other international deliveries generally take 7–14 business days after dispatch. Add preparation time to estimate the total wait.

These windows are estimates. High seasonal demand, customs, weather and carrier interruptions can extend delivery; during peak periods, some shipments may take 20–25 business days. Items may arrive separately, with separate tracking references.

Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout. Where applicable, import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless collected at checkout or otherwise required by law.

For cancellation or address corrections, email velorafleecies@gmail.com within 24 hours and before dispatch. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment. Contact us if tracking has not changed for 7 business days or a delivered parcel is missing; we investigate and replace or refund confirmed transit losses.
