These terms govern access to our Shopify-powered online store and purchases from VELORA. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Use the store lawfully. Do not submit malicious code, interfere with its operation, infringe intellectual property or provide false order information. Customers must have legal capacity to purchase and supply accurate billing, delivery and contact details.

Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. The applicable currency, delivery charge and taxes are displayed during checkout. We may correct errors or decline an order where permitted by law; any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded. Product colours may appear differently on different screens.

Delivery and voluntary returns follow the linked policies. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning cancellation and faulty goods, take precedence over conflicting terms.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms. VELORA does not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. No provision excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
